Texas Attorney General Accuses Arity of Violating Data Privacy Laws Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has issued a notice of violation to Arity, a data broker owned by Allstate, for allegedly failing to comply with the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA). No more solicitation of crash victims by doctors and lawyers in Texas

New legislation in Texas has now become law, making it illegal for health professionals and lawyers to solicit victims of crashes inside the first thirty days of the crash.  The law was supported by Rep.
